#### Job Summary

The Project Accountant/Administrator will be assigned primarily to our US Virgin Islands Super Project Management Oversight (PMO) Program. Their role will be to prepare Cube Root's monthly invoices on this contract, provide contract administration support, maintain organization of the work breakdown structure (over 100 project codes), coordinate travel arrangements and support expense report processing and expense tracking, coordinate both Cube Root and USVI Project timekeeping systems, coordinate with IT issues with the IT Departments for Cube Root and our client, support project reporting requirements, support program onboardings for new team members, provide project administrative support, document control, etc. This person may also support the prime contractor in gathering and integrating invoices from other subcontractors on the team. This person will generate the invoices on a complex Microsoft Excel template, and also generate matching invoices in Deltek Costpoint, and support the processing and posting of the invoice and payments in Deltek Costpoint....
