What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop training materials and presentations for Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership to educate on new dashboards and drive behavior change
- Identify trends, perform data analysis, and develop insightful dashboards and presentations that summarize data and drive actionable insights
- Manage and standardize talent acquisition documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, and standard operating procedures
- Create and conduct training sessions around the recruitment process, best practices, and sourcing techniques
- Develop a feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement in TA processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People functions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information to diagnose problems and devise solutions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and/or prior project management experience
- Must have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Proven ability to simplify complex processes and implement improvements
