Job Summary

The Product Solutions Manager II is responsible for working within the Product Strategy, Sales and Marketing (PSSM) service area to identify and implement projects, programs and initiatives that support achievement of product and enterprise goals. The position works with management, business owners and other key stakeholders to develop and manage the product go to market planning, prioritization, timelines, metrics/scorecards, budgets, Return of Investment (ROI) analysis, and working agreements for product initiatives.

Duties

Develops, designs, and implements of cyclical product life, cycle activities and specific strategic initiatives in support of optimizing the member experience while managing the ongoing evolution and strategic direction of the product line.

Support efforts to identify product management best practices. Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and product requirements that support business needs.
