Product Owner
, you’ll translate strategy into execution, turning real customer pain points into prioritised, high-impact product outcomes.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Support — championing the customer voice and ensuring we continuously deliver meaningful value.

What You’ll Do

• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable, value-based priorities
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on trade-offs, dependencies, and system behaviour
• Own the lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration
• Surface risks early and drive grounded, data-informed decisions
• Guide product decisions that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency
• Communicate clearly across async and real-time channels
• Be the voice of the customer — understand needs, motivations, and pain points

What You Bring

Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Product Ownership experience (SaaS preferred)
• Strong agile experience (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across time zones
• Proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable improvements
