The Role

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Portfolio Management System (PMS) and Order Management System (OMS) capabilities, aligned with investment platform strategy.
• Own the business outcomes and value delivered through PMS and OMS, focusing on improving adoption, workflow efficiency, and the effectiveness of portfolio construction and order management.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to align capabilities with future-state workflows and the investment platform operating model.
• Own and prioritize the PMS and OMS product backlog, making transparent trade-offs based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
• Manage dependencies with trading platforms, data, analytics, compliance, and operational platforms to deliver integrated investment workflows.
• Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and realization of business value across various investment and technology groups.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with significant exposure to portfolio management, implementation, trading, or investment operations/technology.
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, investment implementation, order management, and front-to-back investment workflows.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery priorities in an Agile environment.
