### Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to lead the development and lifecycle management of our innovative pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, regulatory requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams from R&D to commercialization.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned pharmaceutical products, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment to identify unmet needs and inform product development.
- Translate market insights and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for R&D and development teams.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization, ensuring timely delivery and market success.
- Collaborate closely with Research & Development, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure seamless product development and commercialization.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for new product initiatives or enhancements to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all product development activities and marketing strategies comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry guidelines.
