### The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and technically astute Product Manager to lead the foundation of our next-generation technology. As the PM for Platform Services, you will own the strategy, roadmap, & governance for the shared services that power our EMR ecosystem.

In this high-impact role you will build Raintree's "digital bedrock," acting as the strategic connector across Clinical, Front Office, RCM, Interfaces, and Analytics. Ensure that all product teams build efficiently and consistently on a unified, scalable platform, directly enabling the modernization of our industry-leading therapy software to deliver better care and superior outcomes.

### What You'll Do

• **Platform Strategy & Roadmap:** Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services. Prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, scalability, & strategic impact.
• **Governance & Standards:** Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, & inter-domain integration.
• **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner deeply with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to identify dependencies, design reusable services, and drive alignment on shared capabilities.
• **Reliability & Compliance:** Champion platform reliability and security. You will work closely with engineering and architecture teams to enforce strict security and privacy standards, ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest regulatory requirements.
• **Customer & Market Research:** Conduct in-depth user research, onsite observations, attend customer events, complete interviews, and perform data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the target persona's needs, pain points, and aspirations across various he...
