About the role

BridgeAthletic is the training prescription platform behind thousands of strength & conditioning programs from collegiate athletics, pro teams, military, and private performance facilities.

As part of VALD, we're building a closed loop in athlete management, bringing measurement, training prescription, and adaptation closer together.

This role focuses on the core BridgeAthletic experience: the day-to-day workflow coaches use to program, prescribe and manage training for their athletes. You'll work closely with engineering, design and other teams to take ideas from problem to shipped product.

In this role, you will

• **Own projects from start to finish.** You write the requirements, run the rhythm with engineering, manage scope in-flight, and keep projects moving through to release.

• **Turn problems into solutions.** The roadmap will give you the problem and priority. You'll work out the right solution, think through edge cases and trade-offs, and make sure the final product works in the real world.

• **Own launches.** Make sure releases are ready, documentation and internal teams are prepared, and measure what happens after launch. Shipping is only the start; we care about whether people use what we build.
