Join Police Digital Service as a Product Manager. Permanent. Full Time. Salary starting at £55,000 per annum..

You will play a pivotal role across both new capability development and the operational ‘run’ of these products, working with internal teams, suppliers and policing stakeholders to ensure services remain fit-for-purpose, well governed and responsive to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Product strategy and planning - develop and maintain the product strategy for Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, End User Compute and affiliated enterprise products, aligned to PDS objectives, customer needs, governance expectations, budgets and technology roadmaps.
• Multi-customer tenant and EUC provision - oversee a secure, scalable and well governed multi-customer Microsoft 365 tenant environment, including associated End User Compute provision, ensuring services can adapt to future increases in customer demand while balancing shared standards, controls and service expectations.
• Modern Workplace capability - manage collaboration, productivity, workplace and device-related services across the M365 ecosystem, working with technical, security and service teams to ensure capabilities are configured, adopted, supported and continually improved.
• Enterprise product management - manage affiliated business products such as corporate HR, Finance and travel management systems, ensuring services remain fit-for-purpose, integrated where appropriate and aligned to policy, supplier obligations and operational needs.
• Roadmap and backlog ownership - define, prioritise and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, taking account of risk, demand growth, service improvement, technical dependencies, licensing, capacity planning and delivery constraints.
