The Role

• Translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans.
• Define and prioritize requirements at the epic and feature level.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams for timely delivery.
• Drive product discovery, roadmap definition, go-to-market planning, and identify future opportunities.
• Lead PI planning and backlog prioritization across multiple teams.
• Serve as a senior liaison for stakeholders, driving alignment and resolving complex challenges.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience or equivalent combination.
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and experience leading agile teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs, prioritize features, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of risk management principles, ideally in financial services or lending.

• Competitive salary between $101,500 and $169,100 per year.
