Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing Team.

Your responsibilities will be:

• *Market and Consumer Insights:* Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, leveraging insights gathered through subsidiary visits, international trade fairs, industry events, customers, and local sales teams
• *Product Development & Specification:* Lead the development of new products and product variations in collaboration with the Sales Team, defining product specifications and business cases while ensuring efficient execution from concept to final approval
• *Collaboration with R&D:* Partner closely with R&D by providing strategic direction, product requirements, and priorities, ensuring market needs are translated into timely and effective product solutions
• *Product Launch & Post-Launch Activities:* Coordinate successful product launches across all relevant functions and monitor post-launch performance, collecting feedback and implementing improvements where needed
• *Cross-Department Coordination:* Act as the central point of contact for product-related activities and feedback, fostering collaboration between departments throughout the entire product lifecycle
• *Collaborative Marketing Support:* Support the Communication & Marketing teams in developing sales and promotional materials, contributing to the successful positioning and launch of products
