Responsibilities

• - Own and execute the product roadmap for Create Aroma’s scent experience solutions.
• - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
• - Identify market trends and develop innovative fragrance and customer experience offerings.
• - Collaborate with perfumers and teams to launch customized scent programs.
• - Gather client requirements and translate business needs into effective product solutions.
• - Manage product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget.
• - Work with operations and manufacturing teams for seamless execution.
• - Track product performance and gather feedback to drive improvement.
• - Lead teams in developing schematics and designs using MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, and drafting software.
• - Oversee manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and quality control, to optimize efficiency.
• - Conduct root cause analysis on product issues and implement corrective actions.
• - Utilize CAD tools like SolidWorks and Creo for system design, ensuring mechanical integrity and compliance.
