Your Role: Beyond the High-Level

As a Product Manager, you will support the definition, development, and delivery of product features that empower content creators and improve their end-to-end experience. This role is fully focused on the Content Creator side of the product, working closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and content stakeholders to ensure features are well-defined, delivered on time, and continuously improved.

You’ll be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn—helping translate ideas into clear requirements, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring creator needs are represented throughout the product lifecycle.

• **Run the Board:** Manage sprint boards, tickets, and backlog prioritization, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and blockers are quickly resolved.
• **Execute with Precision:** Drive sprint rituals (planning, standups, retros) and coordinate cross-team alignment to keep engineering and design moving in sync.
• **Deliver Features End-to-End:** Take concepts from idea to release—writing clear specs, grooming stories, and working closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and timely delivery.
