Overview
The Builders Hub Team, part of the Mastercard Software Builders Experience program, owns and drives developer experience for the company. The team has a unique opportunity to create a unified internal developer portal supporting and helping to drive a new internal developer platform (IDP). This portal and platform will assist all development teams across Mastercard and its M&A’s, with golden paths and automation that reduces toil and cognitive load for developers. The Builders Hub team has a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an evolving landscape of technology at Mastercard and help shape the future of development, deployment and more!


Role

• Lead the design and Implementation of the Internal Developer Portal and Platform
• Drive patterns and standards for Internal Developer Platform integration and automation
• Create mechanisms to ensure alignment to those standards and best practices In an automated fashion
• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate engineering excellence
• Mentor and guide software engineers and lead the team to improve engineering productivity, quality, and technology policy compliance
• Identify opportunities for reuse and Improved efficiency
• Engage with IT and Business partners, product owners and stakeholders to create meaningful roadmaps to ensure the most Important work Is prioritized
