What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for automotive supply chain risk, sustainability, and compliance capabilities — from opportunity assessment and business case through requirements, launch, adoption, iteration, and eventual retirement or consolidation.
Develop a deep understanding of automotive procurement and supply chain workflows, including multi-tier supplier visibility, supplier risk, responsible sourcing, traceability, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain-related regulatory developments and translate requirements into actionable product capabilities, with particular emphasis on regulations and frameworks such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
Monitor the evolving regulatory, technology, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities related to supply chain transparency, responsible sourcing, sustainability, trade compliance, and operational risk.
Define and maintain a clearly articulated multi-quarter roadmap, with explicit prioritization rationale, sequencing trade-offs, and measurable outcomes communicated to internal leadership and customers.
Conduct structured customer discovery with automotive OEMs, Tier 1–3 suppliers, procurement leaders, supply chain risk functions, sustainability teams, and compliance professionals; synthesize findings into prioritized problem statements, personas, and jobs-to-be-done.
Develop product capabilities that help customers map and understand multi-tier supply chains, identify and prioritize supplier and geographic risks, screen supply chains for compliance concerns, capture supporting evidence, and monitor changes in risk exposure.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications; partner with engineering and data teams in an agile delivery model to groom backlogs, resolve ambiguity, and make scope decisions under real constraints.
Collaborate with UX and design to deliver workflows that users can complete efficiently at scale.
Partner with commercial, marketing, and customer success teams on positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch readiness, enablement materials, and adoption plans; support renewals, escalations, and strategic customer engagements.
Define and monitor product success measures — including customer adoption, retention, workflow completion rates, time to insight, regulatory readiness outcomes, and commercial performance — and use them to drive roadmap decisions.
Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape, and recommend where the product should extend, integrate, or partner.
Represent the product externally in customer workshops, advisory sessions, methodology discussions, conferences, and industry forums.
Help establish the product as a trusted source of supply chain intelligence that enables customers to move from reactive supplier-risk identification toward proactive monitoring, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
