Role Summary
Equinix is seeking a Principal DevSecOps Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of secure, scalable, and intelligent DevSecOps platform capabilities within the Engineering Excellence (E3) organization.
This role will drive enterprise-scale CI/CD modernization, platform engineering initiatives, security automation, and AI-enabled operational workflows supporting multiple engineering organizations across Equinix.
As a highly visible Principal-level Individual Contributor, this position is expected to make a material impact across the Engineering Excellence organization and influence how applications are built, secured, and delivered throughout the Digital Infrastructure Organization (DIO). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in platform engineering, cloud-native DevSecOps, secure software delivery, and AI-assisted automation while operating independently across large-scale technical initiatives.
