What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in data analysis, ERP systems, and software integrations
• Develop and implement governance structures to empower teams and ensure successful outcomes
• Manage program status reporting and executive governance, providing clear access to progress and risks
• Define product and operational standards, tracking key performance indicators related to data quality and integration reliability
• Facilitate budget reviews and sessions to ensure alignment between technical workstreams and business goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years in Program/Project Management for enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Proven success in delivering Data & Analytics, ERP (Workday), and application integration projects
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile, PDLC, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification required
• Experience in consumer-facing application delivery with a focus on end-user experience
• Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to drive decisions without direct authority
