- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in SEA / Paid Search – ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment, with a focus on full-funnel new customer acquisition
- Tool proficiency: You’re an expert in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and familiar with GA4; experience with attribution tools or Performance Max setups is a plus
- Analytical-creative all-rounder: You understand all relevant SEA KPIs, can quickly analyze data, spot patterns, and translate these insights into clear hypotheses, ad copy angles, and landing page optimizations
- (Dog)-Customer Obsession: You understand how dog parents think – what matters to them, what they look for, what their pain points are – and you’re excited to dive even deeper into their world
- Structured, proactive & execution-driven: You work in a highly structured and independent way, with a strong eye for detail – and you bring projects to life through smart planning, proactive communication, and a strong bias for action
- Experimental mindset: You enjoy testing new formats and channels (e.g., Performance Max, Demand Gen, Reddit), evaluating results, and turning them into scalable approaches
- Language skills: You have strong English skills; German is a plus – or alternatively, you’re on excellent terms with DeepL and ChatGPT

- You develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (primarily Google & Microsoft Ads) across all funnel stages to acquire qualified new customers for HEY HOHLY
