People Operations Retirement and Benefits Leader (USCA)
you will manage plan compliance, monitor and report on the financial status of the Plans, ensure correct data is maintained to produce accurate results and deliver a best in class operations service to a broad range of US and Canada employee and retiree groups delivering support in the areas of Retirement (US and Canada) and Benefits (Canada).
You will report directly to the Global Benefits Leader and will provide direct supervision to a team of three as they administer the day-to-day operations, facilitate issue resolution with key vendors, and assist with department initiatives and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage plan compliance by managing the US and PR Employee Savings Plan processing with the vendor and internal parties.
- Manage plan compliance by managing the US and Canada retirement and pension processing with the vendor and internal parties.
- Manage the Group Benefits program administration with the vendor and internal parties.
- Ensure accurate US and Canada pension data is maintained within the systems and coordinate delivery of timely and accurate pension payments.
- Manage US and Canada pension overpayments and maintain controls of outstanding balances owed to the pension trust.
- Manage plan compliance by handling the US defined contribution retirement plan monthly contribution calculations and ensure data accuracy in Workday.
- Manage team to ensure excellent program administration and customer service to all participants in the US and Canada, maintain complete Standard Operating Procedures documents for all processes, and provide day-to-day support and guidance.
- Manage US service for all service-related benefits (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution Retirement Plan, Vacation, Severance and Service Awards) observing legal requirements and benefit plan documentation.
