Oracle Business Analyst

Responsibilities

The Oracle Business Analyst will manage the Finance workstream by maintaining test case libraries, tracking defects, and drafting test scripts and training content. They will serve as the primary liaison between the Finance team and consultants while supporting data conversion and UAT preparation.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting. Additionally, experience in a public company SOX environment and proficiency in SIT/UAT defect management are required.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to keep the Finance workstream organized and moving. Maintain the test case library and execution tracking. Follow defects to closure. Draft test scripts, work instructions, and training content for SME review. Be the day-to-day link between the Finance team and Apps Associates consultants. Support data conversion reconciliation and UAT preparation.

Required Qualifications
Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting
SIT/UAT and defect management
Experience in a public company SOX environment
