What we’re looking for

We are looking for an operationally driven Operations & Workplace Manager to take ownership of Yellow Fish’s internal operations and Brighton HQ workplace.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will maintain the systems, standards and environment that allow the business to operate confidently and efficiently.

This role suits someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a fast-moving creative agency.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands on role that includes

• Leading the day-to-day running of our Brighton HQ

• Acting as the central operational hub for the office

• Coordinating our external IT provider and overseeing system access

• Maintaining Information Security documentation and compliance processes

• Supporting delivery of our Environmental Management System and B Corp commitments

• Acting as Health & Safety lead across office and remote working

• Supporting recruitment logistics and core HR administration

• Coordinating internal culture moments, staff days and charity initiatives
