Role Overview
We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our global operations team across three critical functions: QA Testing, Interactive Maps, and People Operations. This role combines operational leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our content quality standards and team infrastructure support Wand's rapid growth.


You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our predominately Asia-based team while partnering closely with Support, Organic Social, and Creator Management leads to maintain cohesive execution across all player-facing content and community touchpoints. As we expand our features and scale our platform, you'll also be responsible for building and scaling new operational and content production teams to support these initiatives. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on team leadership with strategic process improvement, working across time zones to keep operations running smoothly.
