About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the mobile app vision and roadmap to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty for our retail/apparel business.
- Lead discovery and delivery for features such as product browsing, fit guidance, wishlists, cart/checkout, store locator, order tracking, and returns.
- Partner with merchandising and marketing to bring campaigns, drops, and collections to life in the app (home, PLP/PDP, stories, push, in app messaging).
- Use customer research, app reviews, and support feedback to identify friction points across the shopper journey and prioritize improvements.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams on integrations with ecommerce platform, OMS, payment providers, loyalty, and personalization engines.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories and manage the backlog.
- Coordinate app releases, manage App Store / Play Store presence, and partner with marketing on launch plans and ASO.
- Run A/B tests and experiments on UX and merchandising placements to improve conversion and engagement.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and results to leadership and cross functional partners (digital, stores, merchandising, operations).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years owning consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or DTC with a strong understanding of the end to end shopping journey (browse/ buy/ fulfil / return).
- Proven track record of shipping mobile features that improved key business metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, revenue).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnel analysis, cohorts, and experimentation tools.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment and fraud providers, and basic understanding of APIs and mobile app release cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to align diverse teams around a roadmap.
