We are looking for a
Machine Learning Software Engineer.
In this role, you will contribute to the d
evelopment
and
evolution
of our internal ML tooling, helping
transform
early‑stage prototype workflows into scalable, compliant production solutions. Contribute to the widespread implementation of state-of-the art machine learning algorithms in modern medical research.
You will work on
creating new tools
and
enhancing
existing ones,
adding functionality
,
resolving issues
,
increasing
test coverage, and
improving
documentation. A key part of your responsibilities will also include ensuring that both the processes and the developed tooling meet all required compliance standards.
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
- UoP: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN gross/month
- B2B: 130 – 150 PLN net/hour + VAT
You Might Be The Perfect Match If You Are/have
- Experience in building and applying ML systems (not limited to hosted LLMs) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience in developing training data processing pipelines for image data; comparable experience with other complex data types (e.g., proteomics) will also be considered.
- Practical understanding of the MLOps lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, and quality monitoring.
- Excellent proficiency in Python.
