About the Role
We’re hiring a
Mid-Senior Product Manager
to lead
Dockyard
- a business-critical platform team responsible for how customers are onboarded, managed, communicated with, and governed across our products.
Dockyard sits at the centre of several foundational platform capabilities including onboarding, user and company management, legal entities, permissions, notifications, compliance, and navigation consistency.
Today, many of these processes are operationally heavy and handled manually by App Support. A core responsibility of this role is to
reduce operational complexity, improve onboarding, and systematically decrease reliance on manual support processes
through product improvements, standardisation, and scalable platform capabilities.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape strategy and prioritisation, while also being accountable for delivering practical improvements in a complex, evolving platform environment.
