## Job Description:

What will you work on?

Reports directly into Manager, Master Data Management, the Master Data Analyst (MDA) will work with process engineering, marketing, IT/data governance teams and various operations partners to optimize business process and data creation/flow within the organization.

How will you create impact?

• Manage daily requests from new product creation, address questions or concerns with Product Development Team and work to resolve issues with the Data Management Team.
• Create and track new material requests and changes with daily follow-up on outstanding requests.
• Review all packaging of brands at major routing to ensure both phantom and UPC information is correct prior to releasing files to our China packaging team.
• Assist Product Development Team and Brand/Marketing teams to ensure new product set-up falls in line with system and company requirements.
• Resolve any Product set-up issues with PD Team to ensure compliance with customer point of sale requirements.
• Give training and mentoring to new Brand Management personnel as needed on SAP perspective.
• Provide data management support to business units for new and ongoing projects.
• Suggest recommendations for improving processes to help streamline workloads as well as providing direction and support to team members on current systems.

What are your skills and experience?

• 0-2 years of experience in a data-driven organization.
• Experience with SAP ERP is an asset.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
