Marketing Manager & Growth Lead

About this role

This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll sit at the centre of a high-growth property business, driving brand visibility, lead generation and real business growth — using a mix of content, social, AI tools and automation.
You’re not here to “post and schedule.” You’re here to build momentum, create impact and help scale a boutique Real Estate brand that’s already making serious noise in the market.
This is a role for someone who wants to test ideas, move fast, and use modern marketing tools to create a genuine competitive edge in a crowded marketplace.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Driving high-impact social media growth across multiple platforms
• Leading bold, creative campaigns that actually cut through
• Owning content strategy from idea through to execution
• Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude and AI platforms to scale content and creativity
• Exploring and building marketing, CRM and workflow automations
• Creating smarter systems around content, lead generation and campaign delivery
• Launching projects, campaigns and brand initiatives end-to-end
• Activating events, partnerships and community engagement
• Working closely with design and video to bring ideas to life fast

WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years marketing experience
• Strong digital, social and content instincts
• A commercial mindset — focused on outcomes, not just activity
• Confidence to push ideas, think differently and challenge the norm
• Ability to move fast, prioritise and execute without overcomplicating
