Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a results-driven
Marketing Manager, Digital Brand Media
to lead digital brand media strategy and execution across our Online Sportsbook and Casino businesses. This role will be responsible for developing and managing upper- and mid-funnel media initiatives that position Fanatics Betting & Gaming as an industry leader while driving measurable brand and business impact.


The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in an intense and fast-paced environment, is technically fluent, and highly analytical. This individual will manage agency partners, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee platform relationships, and deliver end-to-end campaign reporting and optimization.


Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the digital brand media vertical across Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino.
  • Develop channel-level targets and KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders across Marketing and the broader business.
  • Manage and optimize brand media investment across paid social, online video (OLV), Connected TV (CTV), display, programmatic, and digital audio.
  • Drive scalable demand generation while maintaining efficient and strong brand positioning through the funnel.
  • Align performance against key metrics including brand lift, brand health, download share, market share, and incremental growth at efficient payback.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign report, including monthly performance readouts and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure high-quality execution, ongoing optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with major platform partners (Meta, Snap, X, TikTok, Google, DSPs) through regular optimization and strategic roadmaps.
