We are looking for you to join us as a Manager - Area Sales, to support a team of engaged and energetic Account Specialist. This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of sales targets that are achieved through solid recruiting, coaching, development, and activity management. In this role, you will support the delivery of results and will be supported by a variety of highly engaged teams within the SMB team serving customers with 1- 30 employees to help you and your team to achieve this goal.

Your Role:
As the Manager - Area Sales, you will lead a team of 9 Account Specialist who are responsible for prospecting net new customers. Your mission is to recruit, coach, enable, and performance manage these reps to exceed their targets. You will also work cross-functionally to ensure collaboration with teams responsible for products such as Fully Managed IT Services.
