Role Overview:
Direct the strategic vision and operational execution of the Operations Performance Auditing department. This role is responsible for leading and cultivating a high-performing team of auditors, providing guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services that align with corporate objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managerial Leadership and Performance Oversight
- Drive the effectiveness of the Auditing team through strategic guidance, mentorship, and accountability for team performance
- Manage all team-related administrative duties, including departmental budgeting, hiring, training, developing, promoting, workforce scheduling, time-off approvals, disciplinary action, performance improvement plans and terminations
- Complete Auditor annual performance reviews
- Stakeholder Planning and Collaboration
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with leaders from various operational departments (Service Lines) to continuously review and refine the focus of the auditing function, ensuring the team's efforts support current business needs
