Seeking a Manager-level contractor to drive day-to-day operational excellence across HCPengagementNOW, Veeva Speaker Programs, Coupa, and Bill.com financial workflows.
Company is advancing a major modernization of HCP engagement operations,
requiring disciplined execution, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on management of workflow systems across Commercial and Medical Affairs.


This Role Is Responsible For Ensuring

• Compliant execution of HCP engagement processes
• Timely workflow processing and approvals
• Accurate data capture and system integrity
• Smooth operational flow across systems used by field teams, brand leads, and engagement planners

Responsibilities
HCP Engagement Operations (HCPengagementNOW)

• Serve as operational lead for workflow intake, routing, approvals, tracking, and issue resolution within HCPengagementNOW
• Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure timely review and completion of HCP engagement requests
• Monitor workflow throughput, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical process improvements
• Maintain data integrity, system hygiene, and standardized reporting on engagement activity
• Provide system guidance, troubleshooting, and operational support for field and internal stakeholders
