This role leads end-to-end supply chain and operational activities, ensuring materials, products, and customer orders move efficiently through the organization. You will oversee forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, fulfillment, and customer support while coordinating closely with internal business functions. The position combines external supply chain management with internal people leadership, giving you broad influence across operational performance. You will use data, performance metrics, and process analysis to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Working with suppliers, logistics providers, contractors, and cross-functional teams, you will help maintain strong service levels and continuity of supply. ### Accountabilities:

• Lead day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, partnering with leadership and business functions to align operational execution with organizational objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, material planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, customer fulfillment, and support activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation optimization, warehouse performance, safety, logistics quality, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, procurement, sales, order management, accounting, customer support, product, new product introduction, and quality teams to prioritize orders and achieve on-time delivery.
