In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Manager of Transplant Business Operations is responsible for overseeing transplant business and financial coordination, transplant charging, billing and collecting, as well as the management of pre and post-transplant patient accounts, transplant budgets, and expenses.

Your Job Requirements:

• BA/BS in Business or Social Work required. Master's degree preferred (other Master's degree may be considered)
• Social Worker license preferred.
• Work experience of 3-5 years with transplant reimbursement and/or healthcare finances in a hospital setting
• Experience with hospital billing database and electronic medical records
