The Project Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders. In addition, this role will serve as a key coordinator and project lead for NCQA Accreditation, credentialing, quality program governance, and regulatory readiness activities. The position will partner with business owners and subject matter experts to ensure accreditation deliverables, documentation, timelines, and survey readiness activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The Project Manager will drive accountability across operational teams and maintain enterprise-level project plans supporting accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NCQA Accreditation project management activities, including workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, document collection, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate accreditation readiness activities across Quality Management, Medical Management, Provider Services, Member Services, Operations, Compliance, and other functional areas.
- Establish governance structures, project timelines, status reporting, and executive-level communications for accreditation and regulatory initiatives.
- Monitor accreditation standards and requirements and partner with business owners to ensure ongoing compliance.
