What we offer
Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for assisting the creation and implementation of marketing and branding strategies to enhance the value of the Mattamy brand across all Canadian divisions. The Manager will be responsible for the key areas: building the Mattamy Homes Canada (MHC) brand through increasing brand equity and raising awareness of the brand’s core differentiators; ensuring customer-centricity by engaging and generating positive customer interactions with the MHC brand throughout the homebuying journey; and establishing global processes with local knowledge to be leveraged across all of MHC’s Divisions for more an effective and efficient marketing strategy.
