team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of our external partner communications, ensuring we reach the right partners at the right time to drive global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the
Commercial Operations
team. We are the engine room of Deliveroo’s frontline strategy, providing the tools, data, and frameworks that empower our teams to build market-leading propositions for our restaurant and retail partners.


Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like

• Lead Communication Strategy: Oversee the B2B marketing calendar, managing the end-to-end planning, QA, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns for our global partner base.
• Optimise Campaign Performance: Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor in-flight performance, using data-led insights to recommend and execute optimisations.
• Own the MarTech Stack: Act as the business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and internal tools, collaborating with Product teams to evolve our technical capabilities.
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Resolve trade-offs between business goals and communication frequency, ensuring internal frontline messaging is perfectly synced with external partner outreach.
