The GenAI Engineering Team is committed to revolutionizing productivity in communication platforms through the delivery of AI Companion functionalities. We are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive significant advancements in how people communicate and collaborate.
Responsibilities
- Building agentic systems that employ multi-step reasoning to plan task execution, intelligently orchestrate tool chains, and adapt integration strategies based on task requirements and environmental feedback
- Developing tool orchestration frameworks that enable agents to call APIs, use external tools, and coordinate workflows.
- Implementing evaluation frameworks and metrics for assessing agent reliability, latency, and success rate.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, research, and infrastructure teams to bring new agentic workflows into Zoom AI Companion.
What we’re looking for
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI software, or related engineering.
- Be proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or CUDA, with experience in building scalable software systems.
- Understand deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
