Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Content Developer to lead the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise web applications supporting a federal government customer. This individual will serve as the technical lead responsible for website architecture, infrastructure, performance optimization, security, accessibility, and full-stack development while overseeing technical teams and ensuring successful project execution using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
## Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise Drupal-based web applications.
- Serve as the technical lead for all web development activities, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using **Drupal** and **.NET** technologies.
- Integrate Drupal applications with **Appian**, **SharePoint**, and **IBM DB2** databases.
- Manage website architecture, infrastructure, hosting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with **Section 508 Accessibility Standards** for both Internet and Intranet applications.
- Lead Agile development teams and participate in SAFe planning, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and technical reviews.
