The Opportunity

As a Technical Product Owner supporting USAA Member Data Products team, you will provide strategic product leadership for enterprise initiatives that drive business value, operational efficiency, and exceptional member experiences.  You will partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, translate complex business objectives into technical solutions, and develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.  As the primary liaison between business and technology teams, you will lead discovery sessions, evaluate business value, and facilitate discussions around funding, prioritization, and delivery strategy to bring world-class technology driven products to market..  Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions across business and technology organizations while balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
