Lead Product Manager

About this role

LetsData builds detection infrastructure for information operations. Our solution helps states, institutions, and Fortune 500 companies find coordinated influence campaigns — the kind that distort elections, destabilize markets, and erode institutional trust. We're looking for a Lead PM who can take ownership of a technically complex, high-stakes product in a domain most companies aren't even thinking about yet.

Format: Full-time.

Starting Date: As soon as possible.

Preferred Location: Poland, Ukraine, other European countries (Remote or Hybrid).

What You'll Own:

You'll be the product lead for our core Vantage platform — an AI-powered system for detecting, classifying, and tracking information operations across open sources, social networks, and dark web channels. You'll work directly with other product manager, engineering, ML, and analytics teams to define what gets built, in what order, and why. You'll also be close enough to clients — government agencies, enterprise security teams, defense organizations — to understand what "working" actually means in their context.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for the new product development — priorities, sequencing, and the reasoning behind both.
• Run discovery: client interviews, usage analysis, session reviews, internal debriefs from sales and customer success.
• Translate intelligence and detection requirements into product features that non-analyst operators can actually use.
• Define and track product metrics; build the dashboards and reporting loops the team actually uses.
• Work with BD and sales on RFPs, demo environments, and client-specific requirements — this is a B2B product with long sales cycles and sophisticated buyers.
• Mentor and support the development of other Product Manager and cross-functional team members.
