Our company is a dynamic, multi-entity organization with a diverse portfolio of operations, including cannabis dispensaries and restaurants.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a complex and growing business environment.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with:

• General ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
• Financial reporting across multiple entities

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced industry

Preferred Qualifications (Big Pluses):

• Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated accounting
• Internship or experience in public accounting
• Experience with retail or sales tax accounting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
