As a
Junior Software Engineer
at JivPad, you will contribute to building the technology that is redefining how people communicate. JivPad is a modern communication platform powered by AI, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to connect with confidence and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, removing language barriers entirely.

In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to develop, test, and ship features across our platform. You will gain hands-on experience with AI-driven systems, real-time communication infrastructure, and voice technology while growing your craft in an environment that values quality, curiosity, and ownership. You will be trusted with meaningful work from day one, not sidelined with tasks that don't matter.

What You'll Do

Write clean, well-tested code that contributes to JivPad's core platform features and services. Collaborate with senior engineers on the design and implementation of new features across frontend, backend, or full-stack depending on your strengths. Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback that elevates the quality of the entire team's work. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across the platform with attention to detail and persistence. Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing to support team alignment and onboarding. Learn and grow rapidly by engaging with modern tools, frameworks, and AI technologies in a production environment.
