The Role:
Your Mission: As a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you’ll help support the daily operation, monitoring, documentation, and basic administration of our Microsoft 365 environment across multiple healthcare tenants. You’ll build your technical expertise by learning our standards and best practices while performing well-defined administrative, configuration, and support tasks under the guidance of senior engineers. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a secure, reliable, and well-supported Microsoft 365 environment while developing the skills needed to grow as an engineer.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
