Role Description

• Hands‑on coding, design, and testing within a high‑performance eTrading platform.
• Development of changes including: ECN connectivity, Pricing, RFQ processing, Straight‑Through Processing (STP)
• Work on low‑latency, high‑capacity, high‑performance system components such as: Messaging layers, Data caching, Data structure management, Concurrency handling

This is a
hands‑on developer role
, not a managerial or analyst position.


Candidate Must‑have Skills
Programming Languages

• Server‑side Java, and/or C++, Python

Messaging Technologies

• Solace OR Kafka OR Aeron OR MQ

SQL / Database Skills

• Strong proficiency with SQL (MS SQL, Oracle)
