Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to lead and deliver technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while complying with healthcare regulations and industry standards. Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), healthcare interoperability, and Agile project methodologies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT healthcare projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other applicable standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track project progress using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support production deployments, release planning, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 8+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
