What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a liaison between Finance & Accounting stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on business goals and solution requirements
• Lead the requirements process by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs and specifications
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to identify requirements and analyze business processes for improvement
• Collaborate with QA and project teams on test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to finance and accounting applications

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant business analyst experience
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes and financial ERP applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including troubleshooting and supporting business processes
