Position Summary:

The Install Project Manager (IPM) leads the on-site execution of retail installation projects across the U.S., managing subcontractors, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role ensures each project is completed according to plan by coordinating logistics, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving issues. Strong communication with clients and internal teams is key to keeping projects on track and delivering exceptional results.

This position requires heavy travel. IPMs spend approximately 90% of their time traveling out of their home area. Supervise the completion of projects across the United States by overseeing sub-contractors to assure that their work is performed satisfactorily and on time. Complete required project reports while actively communicating project status to both clients and internal project managers, located at our corporate headquarters in Eugene, Oregon. Frequent night and weekend work is required, and travel up to 2 weeks at a time.
