Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to support their Solution Delivery Center and Project Management Office (PMO). This individual will manage a portfolio of technology-focused initiatives while helping mature and standardize PMO processes, methodologies, and project documentation.<\/p>
**Key Responsibilities**<\/p>
- Lead multiple IT and infrastructure-related projects from initiation through completion.<br/>- Manage assigned project portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.<br/>- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive project execution.<br/>- Develop, maintain, and enhance project management artifacts, templates, and documentation.<br/>- Contribute to PMO maturity efforts, including establishing new processes, governance standards, and project methodologies.<br/>- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.<br/>- Evaluate and continuously improve project templates and tools to increase project delivery efficiency.<br/>- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.<\/p>
**Required Qualifications**<\/p>
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.<br/>- Demonstrated success delivering technology and systems infrastructure projects.<br/>- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).<br/>- Experience creating and managing project artifacts including:<br/>- Project charters<br/>- Project plans/schedules<br/>- Risk and issue logs<br/>- Status reports<br/>- Change requests<br/>- Communication plans<br/>- Familiarity with portfolio management concepts and PMO governance.<br/>- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>
**Preferred Background**<\/p>
- Experience supporting PMO development or process improvement initiatives.<br/>- Exposure to business analysis, systems administration, organizational change management, or process improvement environments.<br/>- Ability to recommend and enhance project management templates, processes, and best practices.<\/p>
**Work Environment**<\/p>
