ICF is looking for a seasoned
Independent Engineer Project Manager
to lead technical due diligence and advisory services for
utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects
. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to lenders, tax equity investors, and other financing stakeholders - providing unbiased engineering assessments that drive smart financial decisions and ensure project success from development through operation.


As part of our dynamic team, you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary experts, engage directly with clients, and help grow our independent engineering and owner’s advisory practice. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals delivering high-value technical insights and practical solutions to mitigate risks and overcome challenges in the clean energy space.
