ICT Project Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an *ICT Project Manager* to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope.
• Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled.
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project.
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders.
• Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members.
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes.
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project.
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules).
• Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project.
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations.
• Organizes and conducts project meetings.

### Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in ICT relevant field.
• At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• At least one certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM2 Essential / Advanced.
• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
• Proven experience in the area of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment.
